§         I provide numerous guidelines/worksheets to help clients gather information and prepare an effective resume, biography, networking tools and other career search materials.

      Search Plan

§         I then help develop a draft self - marketing plan designed to find career opportunities that exceed agreed-upon goals.

§         As the plan is implemented, I continue in-person discussions to ensure that the plan is personalized to maximize effective use of individual capabilities and comfort level.

                Interview/Job Offer Preparation

§         I guide clients through the interview preparation process including gathering information on potential employers, questions to expect and questions that might be asked.

§         For more thorough preparation, I offer a comprehensive Mock Interview training program with analysis and feedback of client’s practice-interview effectiveness by a seasoned professional.

§         Once an offer is anticipated or occurs, I work with my clients to help maximize results.
